I provide affordable counselling as fees are based on the feasibility and level of insurance coverage available. Your Workplace Insurance or Extended Health Insurance benefits or Workplace and Accident Insurance benefits may cover most if not all of your counselling fees. Please note that counselling fees are not covered by OHIP.
In the services I provide, you will experience a non-judgmental, objective process that will help ensure you feel safe and comfortable in our working together. It is important to me that you feel cared about and accepted for who you are. I will strive to ensure that you feel both listened to and understood. We will focus on the issues and concerns that are most important to you. Our work together is private and confidential.
I will be able to help you in resolving the individual, relationship, work, family or life-related issues that you are facing. This process will assist you in finding and/or building the inner strengths, knowledge or direction that you would like to have. This is a path that will lead you to health and peace of mind. We will move in the direction that is right for you.
I am an experienced professional counsellor with over 30 years of experience working with a wide variety of people, like you, in situations similar to what you may be experiencing, or needing, at this time. I am able to arrange sessions in a flexible manner to best meet your needs.
